5 Questions to Ask Before Choosing an NDIS Provider in Caboolture

Choosing a provider is one of the most important decisions in an NDIS journey — and it's not always obvious what to ask. Here are five questions worth putting to any provider you're considering, including us.

1. Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Registered providers are held to the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct, with independent audits to back it up. If registration matters for your plan type, always confirm it directly.

2. How do you match support workers to participants?

Good providers think about personality, communication style, and shared interests — not just availability. Ask how that matching process actually works.

3. What happens if a support worker is unavailable?

Staff get sick or go on leave. Ask what backup plan is in place so your support doesn't just disappear on short notice.

4. How do you handle feedback or complaints?

A provider who can clearly explain their feedback process — and welcomes it — is usually one that takes quality seriously.

5. Can you explain my supports in plain language?

If a provider can't explain what they offer without leaning on jargon, that's worth noting. You should always understand exactly what you're getting.

We're always happy to answer these questions directly — get in touch and we'll talk you through what support with EHSS looks like.
